The term "Silicon Alley" originated circa 1995, derived from California’s long established Silicon Valley. However, New York has been bringing world-changing technological innovations to the world since 1878 when the Edison Electric Light Company was established. 140 years and a dot com later, Silicon Alley is still lush with some of the smartest, most ambitious up-and-comers to look out for.

Come eat, drink, network, hear the original pitches for some of NYC's most successful tech companies, and celebrate Silicon Alley's 140th anniversary.

There will also be Silicon Alley merchandise available, which by purchasing directly benefits the Computer Science Foundation of NY (CSNYC) through The Fund for Public Schools.

Because space is very limited and our community has become so large, RSVPs need to be selected at random. Confirmation e-mails will be sent to lucky attendees on Friday, February 23rd.
