Dear ABNY Young Professionals,

Please join us on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 for a Policy Brief on climate change litigation. Michael Burger, Executive Director of the Sabin Center for Climate Change Law at Columbia Law School, will discuss the history of climate change court cases and how the issue has been litigated, both in the US more generally, and in New York specifically.

Following the presentation, Ellis Calvin, Data Research Manager with the Regional Plan Association and one of the organization’s lead planners on climate change adaptation, will moderate a Q&A session with Michael.

Please RSVP using this link or the button below by Thursday, January 9.

This is an exclusive offering with limited capacity. Registrants will be selected at random and notified by Friday, January 10. Those who have not been selected will be notified as well. Since this is an exclusive offering, please do not RSVP unless you can absolutely attend. If you do not attend without notifying us 24 hours prior to the event, or are more than 30 minutes late, you will be subject to our no-show policy. Read more about the policy here.

Light food and drink will be served.

Yours for a Better New York,
ABNY and RPA
