ABNY YP Volunteer Day: Hudson River Park Horticulture Project

After a rained-out date in May, we’re again inviting ABNY volunteers to participate alongside HRPK Green Team volunteers for a horticulture and maintenance project in Hudson River Park’s community Compost Center. Volunteers will engage in team-building activities that connect them to the Park and its sustainable waste management practices. Compost Facilitators will have a hand in reducing the Park’s carbon footprint and engage with a system that values waste. No experience necessary, just a willingness to work outdoors and get down in the dirt!
