Tour: Two Manhattan West

We are excited to invite you to a tour of the eight-acre master planned Manhattan West development with a special hard hat tour of Two Manhattan West on Wednesday, July 27 from 5-7:00 p.m.

YP Steering Committee Member Laura Montross, Director of Communications at Brookfield Properties, will lead the tour. The 7 million square foot development is nearing completion, with its final skyscraper, Two Manhattan West, slated to open in early 2023. Developed by Brookfield Properties and designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, Manhattan West features 4 office buildings, a residential tower, boutique hotel, dozens of new restaurants, bars and cafes, and a 2.5-acre public plaza. Following the tour, the group will convene for drinks at one of Manhattan West’s new bars, Chez Zou.

If you are interested, please sign up here by 9:00 a.m. Friday, July 22. Please note, space is limited and attendees will be selected at random. All entrants will be notified by Monday, July 25, regardless of whether or not they have been selected.

Attendees should wear appropriate clothing for a hard hat tour, i.e. long pants and closed toe shoes. We will provide hardhats upon arrival.
