Before the ABNY network, Deputy Mayor Maria Torres-Springer will announce new details on the Adams administration’s housing efforts and explain why we need to build “everything, everywhere, all at once” while consequential housing policy decisions across city, state, and federal levels unfold.
As the Adams administration’s City of Yes for Housing Opportunity reaches a critical milestone, the Deputy Mayor will also speak to policy developments in Albany and D.C., including the expanded Low Income Housing Tax Credit in Congress’ current tax bill and the budget negotiations in Albany where policy changes have the potential to reduce barriers to housing production.
