Founded in 2016 by Ms. Samuels, TECH: NYC is an engaged network of tech leaders working to foster a dynamic, diverse, and creative New York. Julie will speak on the organization’s current work in supporting and growing NYC’s tech ecosystem amidst an ever-evolving industry that cities across the globe are competing to attract.
