THE ABNY FOUNDATION

For five decades, ABNY has been bringing together corporate, nonprofit, labor, educational, health, cultural, and government leaders to solve the pressing policy issues of the day. As the City’s premier civic organization, ABNY brings more than 250 member organizations together to help make New York City a better place to live, work, and visit for all.

In 2024 The ABNY Foundation has awarded grants to A Better Jamaica, Andromeda Community Initiatives, Bangladeshi American Community Development and Youth Services (BACDYS), Center for Zero Waste Design, Design Trust for Public Space, Fort Greene Park Conservancy, Green City Force, Manhattan Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Northern Manhattan Improvement Corp (NMIC), Public Housing Community Fund, Pursuit, South Bronx United, Street Vendor Project, The Acceleration Project, The Inspired Community Project, The Trust for Governors Island, Thrive For Life Prison Project, Uptown Grand Central, Urban Dove and Welcome to Chinatown.

In 2023 The ABNY Foundation has awarded grants to Andromeda Community Initiatives, Bike New York, Braven NYC, Brooklyn Book Bodega, Brooklyn Workforce Innovations, Coro NY Leadership Center, Fort Greene Park Conservancy, Hour Children, Jamaica Center for Arts & Learning, Jewish Community Council of the Rockaway Peninsula, NYC & Company Foundation, Queens Night Market, Queensboro Dance Festival, Society for the Preservation of Weeksville, Sunnyside BID, The Acceleration Project (TAP), The Chocolate Factory, The HOPE Program, The New Majority NYC, Thrive for Life Prison Project, Urban Dove, We Build the Block, Alliance for Flushing Meadows Corona Park, Staten Island Business Outreach Center, Sanitation Foundation, NYC Muslim Center, Grace Institute and Multicultural Music Group.
