We are excited to host Holly Leicht, Executive Vice President, Real Estate Development & Planning, Empire State Development for a virtual Boardroom Breakfast on Tuesday, November 9 from 10:00-11:00 AM.
Empire State Development (ESD) aims to promote a vigorous and growing state economy, encourage business investment and job creation, and support diverse, prosperous local economies across New York State through the efficient use of loans, grants, tax credits, real estate development, marketing, and other forms of assistance.
Ms. Leicht will discuss her career path and her current role overseeing the planning and disposition of New York State’s surplus properties, ESD’s subsidiary development corporations, and special projects, including Moynihan Train Hall and the High Line Connector.
