Celebrating Rick Cotton, Executive Director of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey

To celebrate a remarkable tenure that transformed the New York-New Jersey metropolitan region, please join us in honoring retiring PANYNJ Executive Director Rick Cotton at a special reception on January 14, 6:00p – 8:00p at Metropolis by Marcus Samuelsson at Perelman Performing Arts Center (PAC NYC).

Under Cotton’s leadership, the PANYNJ and the New York City metropolitan region saw transformative investments in our transportation infrastructure. Overseeing a more than $30 billion redevelopment of LaGuardia, Newark, and JFK airports, as well as once-in-a-generation projects such as the $11 billion replacement of the Midtown Port Authority Bus Terminal, and critical upgrades to our ports and bridges, Cotton’s tenure leaves a legacy that strengthened the region and improved how millions of people move through it every day.
