Douglas Carr, Executive Director of the Moynihan Station Development Corporation, part of Empire State Development (ESD), provided participants with an insider look at the new Moynihan Train Hall and insight about its history and the development process to transform the historic James A. Farley Post Office Building into a world-class transportation hub.
