YP Associates Tour: Con Edison: East 13th St. Electric Substation

In recognition of the 10^th anniversary of Superstorm Sandy, we invite you to tour the Con Edison East 13th Street Substation. The tour will take place on Monday, October 17 at 11:00 a.m. led by Substation General Manager, Aisha Ahmad.

The tour will showcase storm-hardening improvements at the East 13th St. Electric Substation in Manhattan that was damaged on the night of October 29, 2012. ABNY YPs will meet Con Edison’s Substation General Manager and learn how pioneering investments and planning for climate change has prevented power outages over the past 10 years.
