Blue Ripple Politics founders Adam Conner-Sax and Frank David presented on key “down-ballot” races, which are races not seen at the top of the ballot and are often smaller, local races, in 2020 and beyond and how they use data to help focus analyses and advice. Following the presentation, Mr. Conner-Sax and Mr. David engaged in a focus group-type format to collect reactions and responses.
