Dear ABNY Young Professionals,

Please join us for the latest ABNY Talks session on Tuesday, July 7 at 10:00 a.m. ABNY Talks is an educational series where civic experts break down and explain complex urban policy issues that shape our government, economy, and our urban environment.

The New York City Charter requires certain actions that are reviewed by the City Planning Commission to undergo a Uniform Land Use Review Procedure (ULURP). Which actions require approval through the ULURP? How does that process work? And why does it take so long?

Richard Barth and Susan Hinkson-Carling, Group Leaders for the Land Use, Housing, and Real Estate Practice Group at Capalino+Company will answer these questions and more from 10:00-11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 7.

Please RSVP and submit your questions for Mr. Barth and Ms. Hinkson-Carling before before 12:00 p.m on Monday, July 6. We will send you the link to the videoconference on Monday, July 6.

Yours for a Better New York,
